Return and Refund Policy

At Divas Fair Trade, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  2. Timeframe for Returns: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

  3. Process for Returns:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at divasfairtrade@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  1. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.

  2. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  3. Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

    • Items with obvious signs of use.
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  4. Non-Refundable Items

    • Certain items are non-refundable, please send us an email to inquire for specific items.
  5. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at divasfairtrade@gmail.com.
